The new WAO rules lead to serious income loss in the new regulations for disability claimants. If you become disabled through a company accident or professional illness, then the chances are that no Disability payments will be made in the future. The new legislature has made this much more difficult. Since 2004 tighter rules apply.
If, for instance, at the moment the degree of incapacity is established, one is required to recommence (partially) working within two years – even if the function is not the same as the current one – no incapacity/disability payments will be made.

In general this will mean a substantial loss in income. This loss will be claimed against third parties, in the event of no blame being applicable. |
